1 bdrm suite needed Aug 1st-Can you help? in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia

Living in a undesireable environment, and the Westshore traffic is awful!
I am not interested in a room mate situation so please do not ask.
I am a quiet, mature female of 51, I don't smoke or party, no pets, and no kids. I work full time at Vic General and have been with the health authority since 2005.
I am looking for a 1 bdrm suite for Aug 1st. I would like a suite somewhere between Royal Oak and North Saanich. I do not want to live in town or on the Westshore or beyond due to traffic. I would like a suite with no small kids running above.
A real oven (my current place does not have one), bathtub, and laundry are a must. I can afford $1000 with hopefully some utilities included.
