We are looking for a long-term, 2 bedroom suite in the catchment area of Braefoot Elementary. $1000-1200 all inclusive, but could pay more for the perfect place. Hoping to have access to laundry.
We are looking for a home that is drama-free, and free from constant yelling, as it is not healthy for our young one to be around.
We are a quiet, considerate, respectful family of 3, and will treat your home as if it were our own.
I work full-time+ as a Certified Dental Assistant, my partner works full-time at a restoration company, and his 11 yr old son lives with us 50% of the time.
We have an extremely quiet 8.5 yr old, medium-sized Australian Shepherd, that is fully house trained, well behaved and only barks when told. We would prefer no other dogs on the property
We do not smoke, drink excessively, do drugs, or party. Looking for like-minded neighbours.
