Hello there :)
My name is Andrew, and I am looking for a long-term rental (Furnished or Unfurnished). I work full-time at Uvic as an appointed employee and have very good references from previous landlords. I do not smoke or drink, and I have no pets. In addition, I am a very quiet and considerate fellow who loves a peaceful and meditative living space.
I love my current rental, but it has become a little too crowded for me (4 people sharing one kitchen!). As a result, I would absolutely love a space of my very own.
That said, I have very good references, and my current landlords are very happy with me. Not only am I super clean and quiet but I have also helped them quite often by taking over the responsibility of filling their extra room with tenants and helping them improve their house/yard. In addition, they have relied on me to keep things clean as the students in the home just don't have the time!
In addition, although I'm very excited to find a place asap, I can stay with my current landlords indefinitely. So, if you have a suite coming available in the next couple months and feel I could be a good fit, I'd love to chat with you about it if it and see if our personalities mesh well.
I really appreciate warm, cozy, and colorful suites that have a little bit of yard or garden space (I really like to landscape and garden). Ideally, I'd like to find a suite for around $700-$900; however, if you have a 2 bedroom suite that you think would be suitable for me, please let me know (I would love a den!) Furthermore, I do not drive, so a bus stop fairly close by is mandatory.
