4 Month sublease, one bed in two bedroom top floor house.
You will be taking my room and sharing the bathroom, living room, kitchen with my awesome roommate.
Fully furnished, just bring your clothes, bedding and toiletries and move in!
Laundry in suite, 1 on street parking spot, some small storage space is available.
Close to campus - 5 minute drive, 10 minute bike ride, 20 minutes bus (only 10 minutes on bus, 10 minute walk to bus stop).
I will be away for one semester from Aug 20 - Late December 2017. We can arrange a move in date before / after I leave.
I would like to have someone who is clean, responsible and respectable. Everything you will be using is my personal furniture so I would like it to be treated as if it is your own.
No pets.
Smoking is okay but must be outside and not have any smell brought inside.
Rent is payable to myself, etransfer preferred. I will give post-dated cheques to my landlord before I leave.
Rent is all inclusive (rent, internet, hydro, etc.).
I will have a sublease contract written up that must be signed prior to moving in.
