Hi!
I am looking for someone to sublet my current roommates bedroom for the month of may.
$600 not including hydro or wifi
Adress: 3861 Cadboro Bay Rd.
Located 10 min walk from Uvic, and 5 min from Cadboro bay Beach.
#11 bus stops right outside, with direct route downtown (~20 min)
Kitchen, common area, and bathroom shared with myself.
Coin laundry is shared by building.
Large deck.
House is furnished, however bedroom only partly (bed not included). Lots of natural light throughout.
I am a 23 year old male, just about to finish my undergrad at UVic! I am friendly and outgoing, clean and tidy!
