This very nicely executed framed oil painting on board is in very nice condition and is signed in the lower left hand corner, John Dyson.
This stunning Canadian Landscape is titled on the verso, " Chilko Lake ".
Featuring strong brush work and an incredible eye and depth, this fantastic painting would make a wonderful addition to any room.
John Holroyd Dyson ( 1910 - 1993 ) Mr. Dyson studied under Jack Shadbolt at V.S.A. 1952 - 1954 and exhibited at galleries in Vancouver, Kelowna, Williams Lake and Prince George.
Measurements are framed 24 inches in height x 28 inches in width.
Unframed measurements are 20 inches in height x 24 inches in width.
