Large Framed Black and White Birch Trees Print in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia for sale

This large framed black and white print of birch trees measures 29.5" x 29.5" square (outer measurement). The inside measurement of the print (within an inside smaller frame) is 14" x 14". Please refer to the images provided.
It is attractively framed and matted in black. Reminds me of something you might see in a nice hotel room.
The lower left corner joint of the frame appears to have a slight gap - but is secure and solid - just not joined perfectly together (see close-up photo).
The back of the print is papered, wired and ready to hang. It has the original price tage - appears to have been sold at Rona for $109.00.
