1974 C&C Viking 28 in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia for sale

C&C design built by Ontario Yachts. This sailboat has been very well maintained with lots of upgrades throughout the years.
"Seanic" has had her self painted a deep red with white pin striping stem to stern, very sharp looking, also 2 coats of clear coat on top of it all.
All sails are in excellent shape with extra sails to go along with this package. Rolling furling up forward to make it extreamly easy to deploy.
Brand new VHF radio with one push distress button, brand new compess, and new battery charger and digital battery indicator to show you how much charge each has, its percentage ect.
Brand new Dual batteries on house and engine switch. All wiring throughout the boat is also new and installed professionally.
New led navigation lights, mast and deck lights have been installed. The anchor light has not been installed but the wiring is there and goes up to the top of the mast ready for the light which I have and is included.
The fresh water comes out of the sink tap at the push of a button, no need for pumping and washing one hand at a time.
There are 2 freash water tanks, one located in the bow and one located under the sink area, aprox 40 liters total.
It comes with an alcohol stove and a built in ice box, can take 2 blocks of ice in the bottom section under the rack then all your food sits on the rack and stayes dry and cold. This system will last for a week in 40 degree weather.
There is bunk space for 2 people up forward and 2 more in the main cabin. The cusions both forward and on the main cabin are in good shape.
The anchor system has 25 feet of chain and 300 ft of rope all in great shape. It hold the boat very well.
The engine is a 4 year old yamaha high thrust 9.9 that pushes the craft at 7knots with electric start and yamaha controles located in the cockpit. This engine has been serviced regularly at
SG Power where I originally purchased it new. There are 2 brand new large batteries for both engine and house power.
An automatic float type bilge pump, also new, ensures that the boat is safe and dry.
There is also a private mooring bouy in Cadbrou bay that could be available if requested, also new. Save your money on marina fees.
