WANTED: shop / warehouse space for landscape company in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia

Looking for a lot, warehouse, industrial type space. This can be an outdoor space where we can set a shed or container on, or ideally somewhere that has it setup already!
We are a small established landscaping company serving the greater victoria area. We have approx 6 staff and coworkers. We carry our own insurance for our equipment and liability. We are respectful, clean, and hardworking.
We are looking for a space mostly for storing landscape and construction equipment. Occasionally we would repair some equipment there and the sound of motors and engines starting would be heard. We would also like somewhere to park the trucks when we are off work for extended periods. And somewhere for the guys and myself to meet in the morning when we start the day (so we don't have to do it at my house every morning).
- 24hr access
- ability to put an enclosed trailer or temp structure like shed or seacan container.
- types of equipment would be: mowers, trimmers, small tractors, pickup trucks, trailers, pressure washer, ladders, wheel barrows, hand tools and power tools etc
- located somewhere in Victoria, saanich area.
We don't require any utility hook ups although that would be a bonus, as would some type of quonset or storage structure.
We are reliable at paying rent and are respectful individuals. We are also open to doing some landscape / construction work for you as a perk.
