Toshiba 650D laptop in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia for sale

I am not a wizard at this sort of thing but the system on the machine states the following: Toshiba Satellite 650D.
windows 10.
64 bit
AMD Athlon II P340 Dual-Core processor
3.0 GB Ram
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series
There is no Windows 10 CD with this machine, and I am taking it back to factory as I write this ad.
It works really well but my old programs that I want to use will not work on it, so I have purchased a Windows 7 Toshiba laptop to use instead.
