1977 Craftline Grandfather Clock 3 Weights Westminster with Moon Dial in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia for sale

One owner. Pristine condition. Belonged to my parents, now it's time to let it go to a new good home.
Appraised in 2014. See the actual invoice and appraisal in pictures section. This is what it said:

This clock is in very good original condition.
Casework does not exhibit any visible defects,
aside from minor (normal) wear. The moon dial,
though free, does not work correctly. Possible adj-
ustment required on drive pin. Movement does not
exhibit wear. Oil is somewhat dired up, however;
not visible wear of pivots or bushings. Should have
a minor oil and cleaning (regular maintenance) per-
formed. Does not appear to have been previously
taken apart and cleaned. Clock ran correctly once
started. Chimes are clean sounding and crisp.
I value this clock at around CAD 1,800 - 2,000.00,
with a replacement cost of around CAD 3,200.
