Cabinet style Murphy bed in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia for sale

This barely-used bed is 3½ years old, and is in nearly new condition. It looks like a cabinet / display shelf, but when guests come, the tri-fold mattress makes into a comfortable queen-size bed. The drawer below stores linen and pillows. It looks (and works) like the one on this website https://www.lbal.ca/pages/clearanceandspecialoffers. The nice thing about it is that you don't have to install it, as with a regular Murphy bed.
The finish is a nice dark wood veneer. It measures Width 64" x Height 39" x Depth 25" (closed) and Width 64" x Height 39" x Depth 82" (open). The veneer is lifting a bit on the bed platform (it doesn't show). Non-smoking, no-pet household.
Mum paid about $2,200 for it (including tax and delivery). Selling now for $900 because Mum has moved into care. Come and look at it, try it out - no pressure. Sorry, we can't deliver it.
