Mare for lease in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia for sale

For lease:
Coming 5 year old QH/Canadian mare. Gossip is a super sweet on the ground but is a sensitive mare so requires an intermediate and above rider under saddle. She is a ton of fun to ride and is going walk, trot, canter, and has been started over cross rails. She is fantastic on trails in a group. She is 14.1hh and quite stocky so could easily take a rider up to 5'6".
She is located at a facility with a lunging ring, an indoor and an outdoor ring.
I am looking for someone willing to do a minimum of 2 days a week during March and April but you can ride up to 5 days a week at no additional cost. Her paddock must be done on the day you ride.
Prefer she stays in a weekly program with my coach (eventing, dressage, and jumping) unless you're an experienced rider with knowledge of riding green horses.
Price is negotiable to the right person.
