Only used a handful of times, we actually received two as gifts - one last Christmas, and the second this past month from a different family member who no longer had the receipt and had surpassed the time of purchase returns. So, it was sent to my Mother-in-law's house to be played with there, but alas I do not think she had the tech savvy knowledge to assist them with it, and it ended back up with us. It's in practically brand new condition. Still have the box, manuals, etc.
