Lego set 75048 The Phantom in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia for sale

This set is %100 complete and the stickers are already put on. I do not have the box or the instructions. I looked up the value of this set on Bricklink.com and it is valued around $36 dollars in the condition I have it in and without a box or instructions.
Comes from a smoke and pet free home and has all been cleaned from any possible dust.
I Live just outside of Langford, but i come to Langford many times a week so a meet up can be arranged.
