I have had this treadmill for 7 years now and have worn a soft spot in the deck. The treadmill still works great with a nice powerful motor however if your on the heavier side you will feel the spot even more. We have kept up on the maintenance with this thing over the years but nothing I can do about wearing it out, I'm actually pretty proud haha. This would be a good fit for someone looking for more of a walking workout instead of running one. Everything works and comes with a manual. Does not fold up. If your handy you might even have a fix for it.
