Rare..."Gilles Bertrand" road bike...21.5"/ 54cm in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia for sale

Mid 80's Vintage Canadian made 54cm Bertrand with Columbus SLX tubing.
Bertrand bikes were made by the Hull Quebecois master frame builder Gilles Bertrand (He used to make bikes for champs like Steve Bauer)
He was renowned as the best framebuilder in the area for some years, better even than Marinoni.
He only produced limited numbers of extremely high quality racing bicycle frames. Frame is perfect and the paint is original with a few minor touch-ups.
With Cinelli dropbars, Campagnolo cranks and gears, Black Modolo brakes and shift levers, bike is unmatched for quality, engineering and functionality.
This gorgeous blue, white and chrome bicycle is a real head turner and a piece of Canadian cycling heritage.
