The imperfection visible in the picture of the phone front profile is a chip in the glass screen protector and not on the phone screen. That screen protector has a lifetime warranty and I'll provide you with the box that it came in so you can contact the company for a replacement.

Was activated on February 17, 2018 so warranty extends until February 17, 2019 (you can verify this yourself on apple warranty check with the phone serial number)
Includes glass screen protector (applied) and a case. The screen protector can be replaced under warranty an unlimited number of times. Also includes all original accessories (unused earbuds and adaptor)
