1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom upper level suite. The roommates are two girls in their mid-twenties & a (very cute, friendly and non-shedding) dog. Both roommates work full-time and are active, non-smoking and would like to find a like-minded roommate.
The house is on a quiet street, off Majestic Ave., where there are bus stops. We have a large backyard with a beautiful view of Mount Doug and a BBQ. Access to the park is only a 5 minute walk away and beach access is about a 10 minute walk.
$600/mo. includes utilities and internet. Street parking available. Available May 1st until September 1st.
