A room for rent in a townhouse shared by a family and two small pugs.
The bedroom has a view off the park directly across the street and comes with linens and furniture. Coffee is always on in the morning and there are usually an abundance of apples for everyone to have access to!
Larchwood townhomes are occupied with a lot of UVic students as it is right around the corner from campus. Other nearby places include:
Gordon Head Recreation Centre
Thrifty Foods
pharmacy
Starbucks
Hot house pizza, subway, Mucho Burrito, Original Joes, movie theatre
The house is shared with people who are very interested in fitness, health, clean living and kindness.
Exchange students are preferred!
New Laundry machines, dishwasher, and new kitchen appliances
Rent is paid on a month to month rate.
