We have 1 bedroom available in a 5 bedroom house, available immediately. The room is available until August 31st 2019.
We are 4 UVic students sharing a lease, taking classes through the summer. Our 5th roommate had to end his lease early and so his room has become available.
The bedroom is located upstairs, it comes fully furnishes with a bed, a dresser and a desk. There is an attached closet. The upstairs bathroom is only shared with 1 other individual. The kitchen and living area are common to all of us.
We are all friendly and easy going people, in various engineering programs. By request of the landlords the house is nonsmoking and no pets are allowed.
There is street parking available, additionally the house is located directly next to bus stops for the #28, #39, and #12 bus routes. (14 minutes to UVic via the #12 — 35 minutes to downtown via the #28).
The price is $575 / month + utilities.
