Hello! I am looking for a roommate for May 1st in a two bedroom apartment on Shelbourne st. I am a female and I go to school full time. I am ideally looking for a respectful, clean roommate, preferably female, who works or studies. The price includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. You are gonna have the main bedroom which is a large room with built in closet and laminated floor. The apartment is really close to bus stops ( bus stop 27 and 28 right outside the door) and easy access to UVic, gym, movie theatre, restaurants, grocery store. I have a cat. I'm very easy going and very used to having roommates. I like to keep the apartment a clean, quiet, cozy and relaxing space. Hope to hear from you soon if you are looking for a place to call home! :)
