Mature couple and two cats will share large comfortable home on quiet cul-de-sac in peaceful neighbourhood. Due to the layout of the house, the only space you share with us on a day-to-day basis is the laundry room. We have our own separate rooms & facilities.
Typical residents include male/female university students or working people in their 20s & 30s. Maximum number of tenants sharing home at any one time is five persons.
RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, high-speed enhanced internet (4 WIFI networks), free laundry, cable TV in livingroom. Common areas furnished and equipped (dishes, pots/pans, TV, etc).
