I am seeking a sublet to come live in our lovely home starting July 1-August 31, with a potential long term rental.

We are a 10 minute walk from UVIC and a 5 minute walk from major bus routes 27/28, and the 14 line which all run to downtown in less than 20 minutes. We are also 5 min walking distance from the best sushi in Victoria (Fujiya), grocery stores, restaurants, and the liquor store.
We are also a walk away from Mt. Tolmie for nice hikes and the most amazing sunsets. The beach is a 7 minute bike ride away. :)
