Hello there! I am seeking a tenant for a bedroom available for sublet starting May 1st and ending July 31st. The house is excellently located on bus routes 7, 14, and 15: five minutes to UVic, fifteen minutes to downtown Victoria, and walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. I'm asking $550/month for rent and utilities (hydro, internet, laundry, garden upkeep all included). Kitchen and bathroom shared with two other tenants in fully-furnished house. There is space for parking as well.
