FYI, it is not possible to get a queen size boxspring (mattress or futon okay if fold somewhat) or full size couch into this room due to turns at bottom of stairs.
Interested in partly furnished? Can provide a desk, small chest of drawers, side table and lamp. Maybe even use 2 of the chairs from the back deck. New carpet and paint 2016.
Share kitchen, freezer, laundry and bathrooms with 2 fellows (20's) who live upstairs.
No drugs, no parties, no smoking, no pets. This is in a family townhouse complex.
* No bathroom on this level. 1/2 bath on main floor, as is kitchen, and full bath on upper level.
Single person only. Must meet with the other renters before tenancy will be agreed to.
