We're looking for a responsible, caring and easy-going person to fill the other big bedroom in our shared 3bed house. Someone who appreciates a clean and tidy public area. Working professional or mature student preferred. This room will be available from Sept.30th.
This 3bed/2bath ground floor is located in a very beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to Mt. Doug, Mt Doug Beach, Cormorant Point. Nearby bus routes: 28 (to Downtown) & 39 (to UVic).
