Looking for three female roommates to share a brand-new, spacious, and modern house near UVic!
Located on Alderwood Street, this energy-efficient house offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry room, pantry, garage, backyard, and an open-concept kitchen and living room. The house is so new it's not even on Google Maps! It is being built this summer and is in the final stage of development. As such, the photos are from another house with the same layout for reference use only. The shared common rooms will be furnished including most kitchen equipment and dishes. Bedrooms are not furnished so it's up to you to design your own space!
A car isn't necessary as the house is a 6-minute (3 block) walk to McKenzie and a 7-minute bike ride to Ring Road. It is also close to bus stops for routes #16, 26, 27, and 28. Shops, movie theatres, and grocery stores are also nearby. No smoking, no pets, no loud parties - this house is on a quiet cul-de-sac.
