There are only two rooms on the lower part of the house, so you would be sharing with one other room mate.
Current tenants are both Uvic students and are moving out as the one has ended her studies and the co op program has ended for the other.
A nice cosy ,carpeted bedroom with newish Ikea bed with a top quality mattress ( has mattress cover) and spacious wardrobe. A desk with a lamp will be provided if required.
Shared kitchen, fridge, two plate convection stovetop, microwave and bathroom with shower.
You would need to provide your own bedding, cutlery and crockery. I can help with cutlery and crockery if needed.
The area is private and has its own entrance.
Looking for a quiet, non partying and non smoking tenant.
The rent includes utilities, laundry facilities and wifi.
There is parking on the the street. Parking in driveway would be an extra $25 per month.
The house is situated on Blenkinsop Rd, Saanich, between Union and Judges.
A minimum stay of 5 months, 1/2 a months deposit and lease required.

Close to bus route to Uvic and downtown.
