TWO bright bedrooms with locking doors, large closets and big screened windows. Separate entrance. One bedroom is on the upper floor. One bedroom is on the ground floor (ground level, not basement).
Share with other students: separate full kitchen (with dishwasher and two big fridges) living room and three full bathrooms with tubs/showers. Fenced backyard with picnic table and gardening space.
Retired couple and two cats will share large comfortable home on quiet cul-de-sac in peaceful neighbourhood. The only space you share with us is the laundry room.
Typical residents include male and female university students in their 20s & 30s. Maximum number of students sharing home at any one time is five persons.
RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, ultra-high-speed, enhanced internet (2 WIFI networks), free laundry, cable HD TV (with PVR) in livingroom. Common areas furnished and equipped (dishes, pots/pans, TV, etc). Bedrooms furnished (bed, dresser, desk, chair, lamp, bedding, towels, etc.). Free on-street parking.
MONTHLY RENTAL RATES:
LARGER ROOM (double bed): $650
SMALLER ROOM (single bed): $620
Security Deposit: one-half month rent
Couples or sharing: extra charge, if available
