I am leaving on Nov 10. So, my fully furnished clean bright room will be empty from Nov 11th to almost month end. I will not come back to Victoria again, so if you moved in and found the place favorable, feel free to discuss with my wonderful landlady to extend your stay.
The house is fully furnished and located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.
5-7 minutes to the first bus stop heading directly to UVic or downtown.
The room is really clean and with lots of space, large closet, etc...
Shared kitchen (with ALL utilities), bathroom & laundry.
We have a quite house which requires you to respect the norms: No party, no pets, no smoking. 1 person only.
