We are professionals in our 20s/30s who works Monday to Friday.
This house is for clean Adults only please.

The Room:
Available OCTOBER 1st for long-term rental (6 month lease).
$450 plus:
roommate portion of half of all Hydro and Saanich water Bill
roommate of Co-op Oil heat and Telus high speed internet and cable
These costs are usually:
Hydro $150 every two months
Water $100 every four months
Co-op Oil $60 every month, in colder seasons. Zero in summer.
Telus $30 every month
Half month rent security deposit.
Room comes unfurnished. The rest of the house is fully furnished.
