One Bedroom Open in 3 Bedroom House Cedar Hill and Cedar Hill X in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia

Hey Victoria!
My friend and I are looking for a third to fill the last room in our three bedroom basement suite. The place is 1540 Pear St. and has good access to the 27/28 and 14 buses and close to lots of food and fairway grocery store. The house has a big backyard and deck that we have access to and includes a washer and dryer. The rent is 600$ all included with internet. We are holding onto the place until the end of the summer May 1st to August 31st, but if you wanted you could rent with others after that. We are both students finishing 2nd and 3rd year and are working full time over the summer. A bed is available for the room if you'd like and the place is furnished. We're both really laid back and friendly guys, open to possibilities so if you are you looking for a fun, affordable and convenient place to live for the summer or if you know of anyone that might be a good fit let us know!
