Fully furnished one bedroom available in a 2 bedroom ground floor suite. Available anytime after November 1st. Best suited for single individuals (no dual occupancy).

House is located of Burnett Road (View Royal of Craigflower)
Parking on the street.
Bedroom comes with one year old double bed, a night stand, and one extra wardrobe.
Private patio with a fence, not shared with upstairs tenants.
Shared bathroom and kitchen.
Utilities included except the internet.
Suite is shared with 30 year old male (myself). Short term rental preferred (at least 2 months though) but would consider long term as well.

I'm a business owner and own a business up island and spend a lot of time either up island or on the mainland.
