We have 1 room to sublet in our 6 bedroom house this summer close to UVic, fully furnished. $300 per room plus utilities, in the fall utilities were $20 a month each, so I can't imagine it being more than that in the summer. The room is upstairs. The house has 2 kitchens, laundry and dishwasher. 2.5 bathrooms. 7 min bus to UVic, with bus stop 1 min away, 25 min walk to UVic. 7 min walk to save on and fairway. Nice big backyard and deck. Subletting from now until Sept 1.
