Room and Board / Homestay suitable for students. Available February 1st. Ideal for students attending Camosun College Interurban or UVIC.
Camosun Interurban is 3 kms away, easy walking distance. Bus stops for Camosun and UVIC are only 1 block away - your tuition includes a bus pass.
Room and Board ($725) includes - fully furnished bedroom, (twin bed, bedside table, dresser, bookcase, desk, chair, lamp, linens and towels etc) all utilities, use of laundry, great backyard. three meals a day. You make your own breakfast and lunch and I make dinner 5-6 times a week, other nights you make your own from the fully stocked pantry and fridge.
Room only ($500) includes everything above except you buy and prepare all your own food. (Some condiments and spices included).
Quiet home, beautiful green backyard, you'll have plenty of privacy and quiet for study. Smoking OK, but outdoors only.
Wifi included.
Right next to a great network of trails for walking or cycling.
We have two lovely dogs and the world's friendliest cat, so we are not able to accept another pet.
