Perfect for a summer student as it is easy walking or biking distance to UVIC. The house is spacious with two living rooms, one full bathroom and one powder room, shared laundry and parking. There is also a large yard and garden with a BBQ.
University Heights mall and Tuscany Village shopping center nearby as well as three grocery stores. Want to stay active this summer? No problem, Gordon Head Recreation Center and tennis courts are right across the street and Mount Doug is just a short distance away. The major bus routes nearby are the 27, 28 and 39 just a couple minutes walk from the front door.
