I have a spacious & bright room to rent to friendly, considerate & Mature FEMALE (student or full time worker) of any age and nationality (Canadian/International). The other room is occupied by a 25yo mature female. A renovated bathroom is to be shared between the two tenants.
Shared renovated kitchen.
Please note: Minimum stay is Sep 2018- April 2019. Lease & one month deposit required.
Room is available immediately.
Rates are as follows:
If move in by Aug 1st - $600/month
If move in Sep 1st - $680/month
The house is located in Broadmead near a nice mall with many other amenities including Thrifty Foods and Shoppers' Drug Mart. Walk to bus stop is about 6 min.
One Bus (#39) to UVIC - 37 min.
To Camosum Interurban - one bus - 15 min.
To Camosum Lansdowne - 45 min.
The house is very quiet - the only resident is an active senior citizen and a friendly, hypoallergenic small dog (Westie).
For those who have a vehicle there is parking on street.
