One room available in lower floor suite in nice shared family home - $650 each room. Includes utilities, WiFi, private entrance, separate kitchen, fully furnished, laundry. You can walk to Hilliside Mall or Camosun College (Landsdowne) in 10-15 minutes. Bus stop is 2 blocks away on Shelbourne, you can be at UVic or downtown in about 15 minutes.
Your bedroom, kitchen and living area are on lower floor and offer a clean and quiet place to study or relax. Our family is mostly on the main floor, plus use a lower floor bedroom and bathroom.
For everyone's comfort, it's no smoking, minimum noise after 10 pm. We ask that you kindly keep your room and shared space tidy. Damage deposit required. We have small dog, no additional pets permitted.
