2 rooms available (May 1-August 31 term on sublet - may be option to stay another 1 year term in September, if interested -- this is not required) in shared three-bedroom basement suite.
3rd tenant is a male 4th year business co-op student. Ideal roommate(s) would be clean, quiet & respectful, likes music, but not a big partier at home, non-smoker with no pets.
The suite is really private, clean, bright and modern, is on the #27 and #12 bus route (to UVIC/downtown/shopping) and just five houses to Arbutus Cove beach which is awesome for the summer!
Large room available is big, bright and private with closet $600/month. Smaller room available is in near new condition with full closet $525/month. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room, complete with kitchen, dining and living room furnishings.
Rent includes utilities (heat/hw/hydro) and has separate ensuite laundry. Full kitchen with dishwasher and outdoor patio space, ie. for bbq or bike. Cable and internet is optional and would be shared between tenants.
Ok with either male or female roommates. May prefer tenant(s) without car due to limited street parking.
