Roommate wanted for One Bedroom Suite (Victoria) from 1st Aug 2017
I am looking for a female roommate(Vegetarian) in our recently renovated apartment. The rent would be $600 including Hydro and wifi. Your room will be the master bedroom with a double bed.
It's located in an ideal location at Shelbourne and McKenzie Intersection, in front of Tuscany village. Nearby, many stores like Thrifty foods, Save-on foods, Fairway and University Height mall. Buses to Uvic(16,26,50,51 and 39) and Downtown(27 and 28) at the short walk of 200 meters and 10 minutes walk to Uvic.
Large window in the main area let in a ton of afternoon light.
The suite has: Stove with four elements, oven, microwave and large fridge.
