Looking for a roommate in our bright and sunny 3-bedroom duplex on Richmond Road near Mt Tolmie! Conveniently located near UVic and Camosun, walking distance to Shelbourne Plaza and grocery store. Large unfurnished bedroom downstairs with private bathroom and in suite laundry. Directly on 14 bus route, 5 minute walk to 27 and 28 routes as well. Move in August 1st :) Our landlord will require a one year lease. Utilities not included. We are both females in our early 20s, working and attending UVic.
