Hi there,
We have an unfurnished room available in our Gordon Head home and are looking for a roommate.
The room is large and clean with hardwood floors, a west facing window, and two closets. There is a bathroom across the hall on the main floor that is shared by one other person. There is also laundry available for use at no additional cost.
The house is on a third of an acre with large front and back yards. The main floor where the room is located is shared with one other person and a second person lives upstairs in a separated loft suite. We have a beautiful deck attached to the main floor, an outdoor propane fireplace and BBQ that are available for use.
Rent is $750 per month including internet and hydro, plus an equal share of municipal utilities three times annually. The house is located a 5 minutes walk from the running trails of Mount Doug Park, is a 5 minute walk to the 27 and 28 bus routes to downtown, and is a short distance from the University of Victoria. Parking is also available for one vehicle at no additional cost.
The room is available immediately and we are looking for a 4 month commitment moving to month to month after that. Viewings are available by request.
