I am a 21 year old man who is looking for an ideal living situation. I am currently on a disability income (my rent would/could be paid 'direct' to the landlord) and I am also looking for employment. I am not looking to reside with any hard drug-users or alcoholics as I am trying to get my life back on track. I don't mind if you are an occasional pot-smoker or if you yourself have a history similar to mine. However, I am working very hard on turning my life around so I only want to reside with someone who 'understands' me and also who would be great for my recovery.
I am very laid-back and have a great sense of humor and would like to reside with someone much like myself. I am either looking for a shared accommodation situation or a bachelor suite. Must have laundry facilities either in-suite or in the building.
I am looking to reside anywhere in Victoria, but would prefer Saanich or the Esquimalt areas (prefer not to be in Langford or Sidney). However, I will consider all options.
As I am currently on a fixed-income, I am hoping to pay no more than $500-$600 per month (inclusive). However, that may change when my employment does.
I am a good guy who would love to meet some new people (around the same age as myself) who are nice and fun and someone that I can get along easily with.
