We are renting our guest room. Nice, spacious, clean and furnished room available August 25th.
Twenty minutes walk to UVIc or 5 min bus ride. Ideal to anyone who will be working/studying at UVIc for a short period of time.
You will have your own mini fridge and share the rest of the house with our family of four (mom, dad, son-20yo, daughter - 17yo). Internet included.
We have a medium size dog and a cat. No drugs or smoking please.
