I have a couple of rooms available in a big 6-br 2005-built house at the base of Bear Mountain. Available only until the end of April.
You would have access to pretty much the whole house (except other bedrooms of course lol). There are 2 huge living rooms, modern kitchen with a 6-burner gas stovetop and two ovens, laundry room, garage for storage, nice bathrooms - one with a tub and one with a double steam shower, and a fenced-in backyard.
Bus stop close by.
Utilities and internet all included. Rooms are about 13x10.
We have a golden retriever and 2 cats. Your pet will be considered, with pet deposit.
Everyone chips in on the regular housecleaning - each person doing the floors once a month and a bathroom once a week. Other than that, we just clean up after ourselves and try not to be gross.
Rent can be negotiated if you want to take on extra yard/house duties.
Driveway parking available.
We are super laid back and quiet. Usually out of the house most of the day.
Sorry, no smoking on the property.
