Here is the info on our furnished room for rent in our 2 bedroom suite.

Located 2 house from the beach and backing onto Gyro park. Right beside Starbucks, Peppers grocery store and drug store, and the rest of Cadboro Bay Village. Also just down the street easy walking distance from UVic.
$690/month - All utilities, and cable and wifi included.
Must be female and consent to crim check as the other bedroom in suite is currently female homestay student. (home stay will be here until April 2016)
Must be quiet and respectful of current homestay student and her studies, and our family with kids that lives in main house.
No parking available and no male overnight guests unless approved by homestay.
The house and suite are brand new (built in 2014) and the location can't be beat. We need to make sure we keep our current homestay student comfortable with who we get, so to be clear it's a bit of a restrictive situation for the renter.
