I have a large furnished bedroom available for sublet May 15 to June 15 with the possibility for flexibility. The room is in a 3 bedroom suite in View Royal. Extremely close to bus stops, shopping, and VGH.
You would be sharing the main living spaces with my current roommate, he is in his late 20, works full time and enjoys spending his time creating artwork/painting.
There is a possibility for pet friendly, upon approval from my landlord. (I currently have pets that will not be here during the sublet time frame)
