-laundry included (one day per week)
-10 minute walk to Tuscany village
-15 minute bus ride to UVic/ 20 minute walk
-2 min walk to the 27/28 bus stop (goes downtown/to gordon head)
-driveway parking and street parking
-bedroom and house are fully furnished
-landlord is reasonable and caring
-quiet neighbourhood
