Summer sublet in lovely home in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia

Hey y'all!
I am subletting my room for the summer. located in Gordon Head, a quick jaunt from beaches, the rec centre, UVIC, Mt. Doug, and various grocery stores. Directly on the 27/28 bus routes.
the room itself is pretty cozy (not ideal for couples) but there is LOTS of storage space in various closets and the garage. also looks out onto the backyard with two bountiful fruit trees (free apples and pears all summer long!) and doesn't get much traffic noise. There's a lovely little patio in the backyard for lazy afternoons/evenings and space for gardening if that's your jam.
the house is overall pretty laid back, but occasional potluck dinners/dance parties/art nights do happen. your future roommates are the perfect combination of adventurous and chill, and are probably the best people you will meet in Victoria.
rent is 493 plus hydro/electric/internet usually ends up around 530 - 550 per month.
ideally for May 1, but could negotiate for the 15th as well.
MUST have or be willing to get tenant insurance, as per the landlord.
